Refund policy

Please let us know if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we may assist you. We do not accept returns due to the nature of our products. If a product is incorrect or damaged, please contact one of our staff members, and we will correct the issue.

Incorrect or Damaged Product

Please notify us immediately if you receive a product that has been damaged in transit within 7 business days of its arrival at your location. We will correct this problem in a timely manner.

Subscription Program

Our subscription program is designed so that you receive the items you desire every week, two weeks, month, or two months. The program grants a discount of 10% off the base price of the item for your loyalty. Subscription orders will ship the same day if in stock. If a subscription item is not in stock, it will ship to you once the item arrives to Ethereal Gold Herbal Alchemy (which may take up to a week).

Before your subscriptions renews, you will receive an email reminding you to double check your subscription 2 days before the renewal period. (If you do not receive this email, please notify us immediately.) This email is done as a courtesy, and user's of this site should expect their subscription to renew on the date in their account. 

To change your subscription items, cancel a subscription, etc. Please visit your subscription management page. If you need assistance editing your subscription, contact us via email (TheAlchemist@EtherealGoldAlchemy.com).

In the event that an item is no longer available for your subscription (due to it being discontinued, changing legality, etc.) you will receive an email or text message with handpicked replacements by our staff that will instead be included in your next subscription. Please review this email or text message ASAP if received, as it will ask you to confirm these substitutions. If our team does not hear from you within 48 hours, your subscription will automatically be updated to the new items. If you wish to change any of those items, contact us via email. By placing a subscription, you consent for Ethereal Gold Herbal Alchemy to make item substitutions to your order. You will receive an email noting changes to your subscription and what your previous items are being replaced with.

Your item price or shipping cost may increase between subscriptions; it is the customer's responsibility to verify the item price before their subscription renews. By placing a subscription, you consent to these price changes.

You will not receive an email if you used a coupon on your subscription that is no longer valid or if you placed a subscription for an item while it was on sale.)

Fixed Term: Subscriptions will have an automatic end date of 10 years after creation. After 10 years have passed since your initial subscription is created, it will be cancelled unless prior notice has been given from you to Ethereal Gold Herbal Alchemy. In the event a customer's card is declined, the system will attempt to rerun the card before the subscription is cancelled.

ID Verification

Please note that Ethereal Gold Herbal Alchemy requires every order to verify their age using AgeChecker.net. As part of the process, AgeChecker.net may request photo verified of your ID.

Cancelling an Unfulfilled Order

Please note that Ethereal Gold Herbal Alchemy may honor requests to cancel an order. However, we are unable to cancel orders that have already been transferred to our warehouse/shipping department for fulfillment, are in the process of fulfillment, or have shipped. Depending on the reason for the cancellation, a fee may be applied to the refund to pay for payment processing costs.

Note: If your order is being cancelled due to the customer providing the wrong address, an incorrect address, not picking up the package from the carrier, (etc) a restocking fee of 25% off the order total will apply. Your account may also be banned from any future orders.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at TheAlchemist@EtherealGoldAlchemy.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Unavailable Items

In the event your full order is unavailable (such as — but not limited to — a stock discrepancy), customers may be given an option to swap the product to a different flavor or provided a refund for the missing product(s).

Product Packaging

To ensure our customers have the most accurate information, we work closely with brands to update our website imagery as soon as new assets become available. However, please be aware of the following regarding your order:

  • Packaging Updates: Brands frequently refresh their packaging designs — the product you receive may occasionally differ in appearance from the image shown online.

  • Product Consistency: While the exterior packaging may change, the product formulation and quality remain consistent with the description provided.

  • Refund Eligibility: Variations in packaging design that do not affect the product itself are not typically eligible for a refund.
