Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Do note that if your order has been placed after our mail order pickup for the day (typically between noon and 3PM), your package will be unable to be given to the delivery company until the next business day.

In the event your package is returned to us for an incomplete address, failure to pick up the package from your local shipping office, etc, the customer is responsible for re-paying for the shipping fee. Re-payment will first be deducted from your available rewards points, and if there is an outstanding balance it will be billed to you. The package will not re-ship until this outstanding balance has been paid.

Please note that delivery estimates at checkout are after processing time. Estimated delivery times do not begin until the package has reached the first sorting hub of the shipping carrier.

In the event your tracking number states that the package was delivered, but you cannot locate it or the package was damaged/stolen, Ethereal Gold Herbal Alchemy is not liable for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. We may offer package protection through a 3rd party service (such as Route). By electing not to purchase this additional protection, the customer is responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
