Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Do note that if your order has been placed after our mail order pickup for the day (typically between noon and 3PM), your package will be unable to be given to the delivery company until the next business day.

In the event your package is returned to us for an incomplete address, failure to pick up the package from your local shipping office, etc, the customer is responsible for re-paying for the shipping fee. Re-payment will first be deducted from your available rewards points, and if there is an outstanding balance it will be billed to you. The package will not re-ship until this outstanding balance has been paid.

Please note that delivery estimates at checkout are after processing time. Estimated delivery times do not begin until the package has reached the first sorting hub of the shipping carrier.

In the event your tracking number states that the package was delivered, but you cannot locate it or the package was damaged/stolen, Ethereal Gold Herbal Alchemy is not liable for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. We may offer package protection through a 3rd party service (such as Route). By electing not to purchase this additional protection, the customer is responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer a few shipping options:

*Note: These delivery times are estimated by the shipping company. We cannot guarantee these times. We do not provide refunds if your items melt while using Anti-Melt Shipping. Packages over a certain dollar amount may require additional security measures offered by carriers at Ethereal Gold Herbal Alchemy's discretion. 

Anti-Melt Shipping

Ethereal Gold Herbal Alchemy offers anti-melt shipping, which includes an ice pack and faster shipping times. We highly recommend selecting this option if your shipment includes chocolate or you are in a warmer climate. Please be aware that, even if selecting this option, Ethereal Gold Herbal Alchemy is not responsible for your product condition if it melts in transit. If this does occur, we recommend placing your item in the fridge or freezer as it is still safe to consume. (Note: If purchasing anti-melt shipping for only beverage products, while the ice packs will be included, there will not be anti-melt packing material except around the ice packs. We do not recommend anti-melt shipping for beverage only orders)

Orders that have anti-melt shipping will not ship until the following Monday if they are ordered on Wednesday after noon central time, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
